Tvrtka Imperija kave od 2016. godine se bavi edukacijom i savjetovanjem iz područja industrije kave, prodajom specijalitetne kave i opreme za pripremu kave te organizacijom evenata.

Tvrtku je osnovao Dejan Ganžulić, certificirani barista s dugogodišnjim iskustvom u ugostiteljstvu te hrvatski prvak u priremi kave AeroPressom za 2018. godinu.

Tvrtka je 2017. godine pokrenula svoj brend kave (Gospon Kavomir, Gopođica Kavica i Kahvesi), početkom 2018. uspješno je organizirala prvi međunarodni festival kave Zagreb Coffee Break na kojem je sudjelovala Indonezija kao zemlja gost, a kasnije iste godine otvorila je svoj specialty coffee shop Kavantura u Zagrebu. Drugo izdanje Zagreb Coffee Breaka održano je u svibnju 2019. godine na Zagrebačkom Velesajmu.
